Business Opportunity - A Marketable Product

The product is software that provides the means of achieving “perfect secrecy “ in security of information exchanges between two entities that comprise a single secure communications loop. Just two entities in each case comprise a single ‘closed’ loop and then a network of such independent loops comprises a complete scheme. The “product” might be more aptly described as a service to the telecommunications industry that has the software as its core ingredient. A salient thing about the product is the theoretically unbreakable security that it provides. That class of security does not exist anywhere in telecommunications at the present time.

The author Simon Singh, has written an excellent book called “The Code Book” in which he carefully dissects both past and present cryptography in something that enables non-specialist readers to understand this subject in sufficient degree to be able to talk about security of information in a layman fashion at least.

The most striking thing that came across to this writer from reading his book many years ago at the outset of this writer’s introduction to cryptography is this, there are two distinct levels of security that categorize the entire state of all security, that is perfect secrecy or theoretically unbreakable security that does not exist anywhere in the modern world and practically unbreakable security that has to be the best alternative, even at national security level since there is nothing better available.

Simon Singh also dwells for a while on the frustrating paradox of the One-Time Pad. This is a cipher type that is theoretically unbreakable but was so difficult to operate that is was sidelined as a kind of academic curio and was only used for the most important of all occasions. Those occasions were until fairly recently, communiqués from the USA government in Washington to the Russian government in Moscow.

The writer has successfully addressed, those two issues of 1) the absence of theoretically unbreakable security and solved this by using new mathematical methodology called “Factoring of Vectors” and 2) upgraded the One-Time Pad into a modernized computer driven version of itself that uses old methods to better advantage so that it is now a viable, theoretically unbreakable cipher and no longer a mere curio.

The original inventors of this cipher were Major Joseph Mauborgne who was head of cryptographic research for the US army in or about 1920 and Gilbert Vernam, an engineer who worked for AT & T in America. Obviously, they did not have the benefit of modern computers in those days.

The complete theory in both of these new inventions is publicly expounded on my website and has been programmed as ‘up and running’ ciphers in six different versions that all possess theoretically unbreakable security, the first ever in history. The reader is invited to disprove the mathematics of the algorithms on the website.
